Linda is the founder of Insight Financial Group and works with nonprofits and small businesses to strengthen their financial practices and day-to-day operations. She helps leaders understand their numbers, manage cash flow, build realistic budgets, and create systems that support long-term growth.

Linda has worked with grassroots, Black-led, and under-resourced organizations throughout Indiana. She managed compliance and grant monitoring for The Indianapolis Foundation's $12.9 million Elevation Grant Program and has coached entrepreneurs on credit readiness through Bankable. Her work has given her firsthand experience with the opportunities and challenges many community-based organizations face.

Known for her practical and approachable style, Linda helps leaders connect financial information to everyday decisions. She believes organizations do their best work when they have a clear understanding of where they stand financially and a plan for moving forward.
