AMPT is excited to share in 2026 we are launching an AMPT Programs Council to create a shared space where nonprofit leaders can guide, shape, and strengthen our core programs.

This is also an opportunity to build strong and meaningful relationships with other Black and Latine Executive Directors across the south and west sides of Chicago.

We are looking for candidates who

-Want to actively shape AMPT’s programs through participatory processes.
-Are eager to share insights, stories, and practices from their work.
-Value collaboration, relationship-building, and contributing to the collective strength of the nonprofit sector.
