AMPT is partnering with IFF to support Bridging Resources to the Southland: a series of 3 workshops for organizations in the South Suburbs of Chicago to enhance their ability to effectively share their stories of impact and build internal processes to support sustainability.
These workshops will be in-person at Governors State University on Wednesdays throughout July, which include:
July 15th: Elevating Your Organization’s Impact Story
Participants will learn effective tools to share their organization’s impact story and leave with an influential pitch describing the program's importance.
July 22nd: Building Strategic Relationships
Through asset mapping and values plotting, organizations will have the opportunity to strategize the relationships and partnerships driving growth. Organizations leave with an action plan for building relationships.
July 29th: Setting Up Successful Staff
Using the models developed at AMPT, organizations will have the opportunity to review job descriptions, recruitment and onboarding templates. Organizations leave with templates for job descriptions and onboarding.
