This experience will provide Executive Directors with capacity-building tools, skills, and competencies necessary to help strengthen their organizational structures and practices that will better support them in fulfilling their mission.

Over 5 months, AMPT will match each cohort member with an Executive Coach for up to 10 hours of tailored coaching time.

Cohort Members who complete the cohort will receive a $10,000 unrestricted grant.
